Home Design Rendering

 

The first Peninsula 19 home design draft is ready!!  As we await the process of county approvals, engineering specs, and final survey dimensions, various firms are working towards the initial design and architecture renderings for the homes at Peninsula 19.  The first home planned for construction is this fantastic coastal cottage. There are design nods to the classic beach homes from the early 1900's as well as elements of classic craftsman style architecture.  At just over 1800 sq/ft it has everything you need in a beach home and nothing you don't.  This low maintenance 4 bedroom home is beautiful in its simplicity, with a view from every room.  Also included are expansive porches that take advantage of the views of the gulf, intracoastal waterway, and rollover bay.  The home has a generous 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of room for family and guests.  The specific type of sustainable construction practice to be incorporated into this home is still to be determined, but this home, as all the homes at Peninsula 19 will be some of the strongest on the Gulf Coast. Our rough initial estimate on a sales price will be $380k.
