To apply to be an approved builder in the neighborhood:

  1. 1.Email a letter of interest with various renderings or photos of project related work.

  2. 2.Provide a review copy of elevation and print of home to be built.

  3. 3.The builders, once approved, are required to submit a negotiated price of the  property as a deposit.


  4. The builders may be contacted requesting additional information about their company and portfolio.

  5. The architectural standards as defined in the web site must be adhered to.

  6. If home is a spec a deposit will be applied to the total cost of the land. The balance of the land sales price will be due when the house is sold, or within a negotiated time frame.


Approved builders will be included in upcoming marketing and home tour events.  We advise you to contact us with your interest quickly as we anticipate numerous applicants.
